Without a doubt the worst service I have EVER...

Without a doubt the worst service I have EVER experienced. I am a owner of 3 Jeeps...a 1980 CJ 5, 2008 Wrangler and a 2021 Jeep Gladiator. I brought my Gladiator in to have it looked at specifcally based on a thumping noise that was coming from the rear end or drive train. George, I believe his title is Service Manager, was extremely rude, condescending and arrogant. Stay away from this place. I wish I could give zero stars, but not an option.

We were traveling in the Gulf Shores area, staying at...

We were traveling in the Gulf Shores area, staying at Gulf State Park when my husband was concerned about the transmission of our Ram 1500. He called Gulf Chrysler and was able to make an appointment for the truck to be checked out. They shuttled us between the dealership and the campground and we’re timely and professional in our communication with them. They checked out the transmission and we’re able to assure us that all was fine. It’s so worrisome when on the road to have vehicle issues and we are appreciative of the fine service we received at Gulf Chrysler.

After scheduling an appointment a week in advance, my truck sat at this dealership for over 2 days with nothing being done. The sales rep failed to call me after he said he would on two separate occasions. I went and got my truck on the third day with nothing done. A 2 hour job couldn't get done in two days. Pretty pathetic. And what's worse they don't seem to care.

Salesman lied to us

We traded in our cars to get a brand new 2019 jeep grand cherokee that could haul 6500+ lbs and has 4 wheel drive. After our salesman told us that was the case we were ready to sign the papers. Little did we know we got the weakest jeep of the crew. It only hauls 3500 lbs max and had trouble making it up a hill with a little bit of snow on it (2 wheel drive). This car is not what we wanted our car salesman to sell us. Never going through dealership again especially this one. Although you might be greeted with smiles don't forget that they are there to screw you over. Please choose somewhere else or even better or your car online with Carvana, Autotrader, or even Car Guru. Keep away from shady carsalesman that don't tell the truth.
