Great Service
I waited for my car to be serviced. It was very pleasant in the waiting area and had nice time chatting with others waiting too. Of course, it is always a pleasure to deal with Dave Metzler who is always helpful with any questions I might have. I have been his customer for many years and he has always taken good care of my cars.

Great service writer.
Professional and courteous employees. Scheduling on your web site. Facility is clean, comfortable waiting area. I have referred three friends and relatives, all were happy with their purchases.

Awful experience
Tim was as awful as can be. He got caught padding sales and now, I’m not being treated like an owner despite all the paperwork. Apparently the $27000 wasn’t enough, he had to steal another $2200 in “fees and warranties” that I never signed for. Please. If you want to be ignored and treated like trash, come here! I’m actually stopping payments until this dealership decides to behave within the confines of the law. Also, their repair shop sent my NEW car back with a scratch, too bad I took photos before hand PS Hi Tim. I hope you see this. Remember honey, you work for me :) and I will get the paperwork I am legally entitled to. You just don’t want to get caught committing even MORE fraud, but I’ll catch it all, now that you’ve been so.... disgusting, its kind of my right as an owner :)

Great service, clean facilites, snacks, magazines
politeness, friendliness, vehicle well cared for. It even looked as if my windows (inside and Out) were cleaned. THANKS! So hard for me to reach the windshield.

Great place to service car!
Everything was explained well, they were considerate of my time, and everyone was pleasant to interact with. They even paid for a rental car when they did not have a part and had to order it.

Nicole Harris helps make the appointment process quick even if it is a last minute appointment. She informed me of the maintenance services that will be performed on my car. She is very detailed. The service maintenance is quick.
