Best First Time Buying Car Experience!

I was scared at first thinking I would not qualify for financing because I'm young and have no credit history but my down payment and my job helped out a lot with that so overall I was super happy that I was able to get what I wanted and Leon was the best sales man for the job! He's super nice and was able to help in every possible way!! I'm definitely going back when I'm ready to upgrade!

Elk Grove Acura

This is the second vehicle I purchased from this dealership over the last two years. I found Leon Carado to be a refreshing change from the "typical" aggressive sales team approach found at many other dealerships. The entire transaction was transparent and straightforward including the trade-in of my older vehicle through the purchase of my certified used vehicle. My prior purchase of a new vehicle two years ago was also a pleasurable experience suggesting to me that the culture at Elk Grove Acura sets it apart from other dealerships. The bottom line is that I feel the dealership treated me fairly and I treated the dealership fairly. A win-win situation. I highly recommend Elk Grove Acura based on my experiences with their sales approach as well as my experience with the service department over the last two years.

Great way to buy an Acura

I met Leon Carado months ago, and he remembered the type of car I was looking for. Leon was not one of those salespersons who constantly call trying to sell you just anything. Once he found a car similar to what I had described, he called me to let me know it had just arrived in inventory. They are often very busy, but I did not feel rushed to make the deal. When Leon was not at the dealership, Graham was very good to work with as well, as he took us on a test drive. Leon worked with me to find a fair price, both for my trade-in and the certified used TSX. Jesse, the sales manager, made the deal happen. All in all, a nice experience at a classy dealership. I would recommend them if you are looking for an Acura, or other quality used vehicle. I have visited other Acura dealerships, and Elk Grove Acura gets my vote.

A pleasant, no pressure

I went to see Graham at Lasher Elk Grove to test drive and purchase a used Toyota. I had some misgivings before the visit about how I would be treated by a dealership that didn't specialize in Toyota. My fears were unfounded. The entire experience from start to finish was very pleasant. I conversed with Graham as if I had known him for years. He was easy to work with and I felt he had my best interest at heart. He had nothing but good things to say about his employer, the Lasher company. I left with not only a new car, but a new business friend.

Vinny is an awesome sales person. I felt no pressure to purchase. He and the finance manager understood my situation. I went to Acura due to an ad for a used Honda. I didn't want to purchase a car but do to repair cost on my old car I looked into purchasing. This car had everything I wanted and it was in great shape. I love how they provide the service records for what had been done when the car was taken in. And a car fax. They worked with me on the price and interest rate. I will recommended this dealership to family and friends. And when I'm ready for a new car I will be back to see Vinny. Thanks

Yusuf Steward was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. He was very patient and was able to get us the price we were looking for. We will definitely buy next car from him. Mr. Copps whom I spoke with over the phone originally was also great and was able to refer us to Mrs. Steward as he was able to be present in the weekend we showed up. Overall very happy overall with the process.

We came in for an Oil Change on our 2013 MDX and loved the new 2014 MDX so we gave an impossible number for Yusuf to try to match just to say we tried... and he did it, so we bough it. Thanks.

My second purchase

I'm a Hispanic business man who have been working on re-establishing my credit. I recently bought a great 2013 used Acura MDX full loaded for my wife thanks to the awesome work the Lasher team did for me. They found a low interest loan for me and treated me like a king. You will receive respect, patience, information, options, without the "pushy feeling". This is my second car from Lasher. Did I mention that I live in Southern Cal? Yes, I'll drive another 7 hours to Elk Grove to purchase my next car.

Great Service

My purchase of my 2011 Hyundai Sonata was a great experience. I went online on Car Gurus to look for a vehicle and found one at Elk Grove Acura. Vinnie Hoang contacted me the following day. He preapproved me over the phone and the car was delivered to my front door. Unfortunately, the information on website was incorrect. It stated the vehicle had a sunroof and this was not the case. Vinnie worked with me and met me half ways to have my sunroof installed at dealership and was provided a car rental. Thank You Vinnie for your help in making my car buying experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.
