Purchasing a car for my wife.

The last few weeks I have been in the market for a SUV for my wife. I began my search on CarsDirect.Com and stumbled upon a few cars that would fit my wife's needs. So, I sent out a few emails and followed up with a few dealers that had the best deals. I drove down to Elk Grove Acura and test drove the perfect car from my wife. I told the Doug that I would be in contact with him after I spoke to my wife. I snapped a few photos of the car and headed home. My wife was excited and so the deal began. Doug made the process really easy for us, because my wife hates the hold deal or no deal aspect of buying a car. I explained to Doug that I wanted to process the deal over the phone and when the paper work was drawn and ready, we would drive down. He gave me a call and we headed down and drove home in our new car. Thank you guys for making this process super easy!!!

Replacement Vehicle

Tony and Robert were great! Came in with no plan to purchase and not looking like someone who was out to buy a car, but we were treated very well and the process went very smoothly and efficiently!

Purchasing a CPO

We recently purchased a 2015 CPO Acura RDX. Our Sales Associate Vinnie Hoang was friendly, low key, cooperative, and I feel worked with us quite well. We all know the pricing information is readily available on the Internet. Our final price was a bit better than KBB. Bottom line? EGA made money....we saved money....and free hand car washes! I'd not hesitate to recommend Elk Grove Acura and Vinnie Hoang. Doug from parts introduced himself and presented us with Acura umbrellas. Very nice gesture. Eddie worked with us on financing. Very smooth transaction. FYI: My father bought a VW from Lasher Niello in 1959.

stress free experience! awesome!

It was a great experience! Jaime helped me in getting a good deal on my 2008 acura! Gave me a good rate in financing my car! No words can explain my happiness! Will definitely recommend acura elk grove!

Love it!!

We had a great experience!! Jaime was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. Loved Rachelle's personality. They both made our experience unforgettable!! Only downfall was that the dealership was very busy so we had to wait a long time for financing but that's what happens sometimes. Would do it all over again!!

great experience

The sales staff is wonderful. They delivered what was asked of them from price to experience. They didn't try to push different services on us for more price like Toyota of Elk Grove. They listen to what I wanted for a customer not their bottom line. Highly recommended.

Stress free experience.

For months I have postponed the inevitable task of purchasing a vehicle. I had no desire to deal with an aggressive salesman. My car search took me to Elk Grove Acura where I met Leon. He was friendly, courteous, attentive and cognizant of the special needs of my husband who is disabled. Throughout the buying process I appreciated the fact that he did not hover, but allowed us time to visit and speak privately. He checked in to ensure we were comfortable and provided bottles of water. Certainly most dealers would have done the same, but I felt as if Leon was doing all he could to make sure our experience was positive. Although I was pre-approved through my financial institution Michael found me a loan with an interest rate 2 points lower! I am ever grateful. Thanks Leon, Kevin and Michael. When we left with our vehicle everyone we met came out to wish us well. I would definitely return.
