Service: Above & Beyond
It’s hard to find people who are exceptional at their job. Service Advisor Jacob Clew is one of them. I brought my car in for service before a long road trip. It was fixed. Next day, a rock punched a hole in the plastic side panel that separates the driver and back passenger windows. I was due to leave on my trip the next day. A new part had to be ordered and the weather forecast for my trip: driving rain. Jacob says I have an idea. He leaves and returns with the sort of tape used on new cars, so they don’t incur damage during transport to dealerships. Jacob tapes up my windows so no water drops inside the doorframe. He explained, that’s where electronics are housed and water damage will reap a bigger problem. He asks where I’ll be over the next week. Finds the local Acura dealership, calls to explain the service my care needs, specifies the required part and schedules an appointment for me. Fast forward, my car is like new, road trip is over, and I’ll keep going back to Herb Connolly Acura Framingham as service doesn’t get any better than this – big shout out and thank you to Jacob!

Excellent Car Buying Experience!
this is the first good car buying experience I think I have had! I spoke to the sales manager before going in (Nana). he was straight forward and told me everything I needed to know. I then met Dennis Murray when I went in person. He was terrific to deal with. Overall, great experience and I love my new car!

Excellent car service, again, at Herb Connolly Acura (07/17)
Great job, as always, by all Herb Connolly Acura (Framingham) team members. I have always been impressed by the professionalism and care for customer's needs by this team. I my view (and I am originally from Europe) this professionalism and care for the customer is what distinguishes greatly North America from all other places in the word, and contributes to making it a very special place to live. Excellent service and customer service
Every visit I make to Acura is fantastic. The service personnel know me by name and always ask how I am doing. They are very thorough in their explanation of what they have done. I love waiting for my car as I can work, watch TV and they have coffee and snacks.

Superior Service
We have been buying and servicing Acura autos at this dealership for about 16 years. Although it is expensive to maintain this brand of auto we feel that Connolly Acura has taken good care of us. We now own 2 Acura autos One is 10 years old and the other 8. Both cars have been serviced only by Connolly.We are very satisfied with the process and if the repair will take some time they have always offered me a loaner vehicle.

If you have to spend a lot of money servicing your car, it helps to go someplace where they understand customer service. Jake is always polite and explains everything in detail. They are prompt and get the job done when promised.

Nice and neat service
I had to do the airbag recall on my Acura ILX and I got surprised how neat and cool place is the service area. They know how to treat the customers and that's for sure I will be back Thanks again for the service
