Frustrating Service
A two year old car and have had nothing but issues...car accelerates going down hills, brake light constantly coming on; back up camera in car stays on periodically; gas nozzle replaced and now they say tires need to be replaced because of severe "pot hole" damage...and they added comment like, "MA is full of pot holes." As the main driver of this vehicle I can assure we have NOT encountered pot hole issues. We brought it to another dealer and they said that we would have had to hit many pot holes for this to happen. Emailed and called the owner with no response. Acura states they care about their customers by "washing and cleaning" your car...but that's about all they do ! For a car that is only 2 years old you never get out of this dealership for under $300.00 !! Every service we have had they "find" something wrong with your vehicle ! This shouldn't be with a new car !!! It is a real shame because they have EXCELLENT sales associates like Dennis Murray (reason we bought the car in the first place), but their Service Department could care less about you.

Great Service
This is my 3rd Arcura purchased at Herb Connelly over the last 3 years and the staff and service they provide is always excellent! Craig and Nana were very good at managing my time spent at the dealership and made the purchasing process stress free.

Great service
Great service as always. Mikhail was great at explaining everything to me and accommodating me by offering a loaner car. Service cost is high compared to a non-dealer shop but I prefer to have peace of mind about my car, hence I prefer the dealer.

Service not so friendly
Not so friendly advisor. Expensive place for service. They always come up with some service ofcourse with added cost..they say they are goving discount but they take more than what it really cost. I had a question about my vehicle; when I asked a question he wouldn't care much and very lazy and reckless in answering my question. Only reason I visit this place for service is I bought my car here and no other nearby acura service center.

Fast service!
I needed a car fast. Walked in in a Tuesday and drove off the lot in my new car on Wednesday! They were fair, honest and thorough.

No Title? No Problem
I was not informed of the whereabouts of the title until I signed the paperwork with F&I. This is deceptive and clearly a situation where making the sale overrides being honest with your customer. It took 2 weeks to take possession of my car (Purchased 6/30- car delivered 7/18). I asked for $600 to cover the loan payment and insurance for the first month and in return was offered a couple of free oil changes. My expectation was to at least defer my expenses for those 2 weeks since the car was in their lot and not my garage.

This was not this gentleman's first time in the dealership. He was initially interested in a car we had the title to. We let him know it would take up to two weeks to receive the title. At any point he could've cancelled the deal and walked away. Instead he wanted us to pay for one month of insurance and his first months payment. Insurance doesn't start until the car is registered. Regardless, we delivered the car to him 1 hour and 20 minutes away. We also offered him two free oil changes. There was no issue when that was offered as an olive branch. At this point I'll keep my oil changes and we can part ways. Knowing we didn't have have the title, he could've cancelled at anytime. However he must've really liked the car and the price seeming he lives 1 hour 20 minutes away.
Routine Service
This was a routine service to Herb Conoly Acura for our MDX. The reservation was straight forward and easy. When we arrived Herb Connolly, the service team is ready for us and they were very helpful. Oil change is completed and they rotated tires and completed brake pad inspection. Service Advisor was knowledgable and very helpful. MDX is one of the best car with minimal issues and we thank Acura for that. Herb Connolly makes our service visits very easy with a very clean & friendly waiting area. High speed WiFi service is a huge service. After service is complete, our car is delivered in pristine condition (washed and inside was vacuumed). We will be back here again and we strongly recommend Kevin Haggerty (Service Advisor), Herb Connolly Acura and MDX.

This is the second car I purchased from Herb Connolly dealership. I have experienced the service and sales components of the dealership. Very professional people. The waiting room is comfortable and the service leader keeps you informed on the progress of the repair.
