What an experience!
My experience at this dealership has been exceptional all the way. It took me less than an hour to negotiate for a new RDX on the phone and forwarding the paperwork required to start the process. The following day,no time was was wasted, I drove out my new car approximately two hours. Yesterday I took my car for service, I was updated on the problem and time to complete the job, again drove out earlier than anticipated. Great experience!

Fast service but my car was not vacuumed.
This was the second time I got oil changed. It was fast service and people were nice there but I found they did not vacuum my car. They did not do it last time either. If they promised to clean my car, they should have done it.

Great
Jimmy was lovely! No pressure and very helpful and informative. You could tell he genuinely liked the car he was selling me so he showed me all the features and options with enthusiasm. James was also helpful and no pressure over the phone and in person. Highly recommend!

A complete nightmare from beginning to end
I bought a used car (2006 Subaru outback) from Herb Connolly Acura 8 weeks ago and my life has been a living xxxx since the day I gave them my money. This is the first car I've ever purchased and Herb Connolly Acura has done everything possible to make it the most miserable and frustrating experience of my life. The car is sitting in my driveway while I pay insurance on it and I still can't drive it even though I bought it nearly two months ago. I realize that I bought a used vehicle, and no car that's ten years old is going to be perfect but there is an issue with this car pretty much every time I get in it, the largest of which being the fact that they sold me a car with a leaking head gasket ($2K repair), then sold me a $2000 warranty that covers the head gasket, and then refused to fix the head gasket. After I picked up the car, I noticed it was shaking a lot on the highway, so I took it to a dealership here on the cape. He said it had an enormous head gasket leak (among many other things). I took it all the way back to Framingham (2.5 hours from where I live) where the mechanic at the body shop lied directly to my face and told me the head gasket was fine. I took it to three mechanics besides Acura that all agreed there was a head gasket leak. I knew lots of Subarus have head gasket issues eventually (When Craig sold me the car he watched us check the oil and the coolant before purchasing to see if there was a leak, and said nothing) so I paid for the power train warranty from Herb Connolly to cover the head gasket. When I called them three days after I bought the car asking them to fix the head gasket under the warranty I purchased, they said no. The "finance manager" never gave me a copy of the warranty I signed that apparently says I have to wait 45 days and 1,000 miles from purchasing the warranty to use it. So this dealership sold me a car with a massive and expensive problem, then charged me $2000 to fix the problem, then refused to fix it after they already had my money. Herb Connolly Acura took advantage of me and they should be ashamed of themselves. The kids working there do not know very much about cars, they're horrendous at internal communication and paperwork, and the entire dealership needs to learn a thing or two about customer service and how to deal with disappointed customers if they're going to continue selling terrible cars. You can't just hugely screw someone over and then say, “too bad, you bought a used car" Also, they sold me a car that had 3 bald tires and one brand new tire. Who replaces just one tire on an all wheel drive vehicle and then sells it like that???? Replacing the tires and getting the alignment on this vehicle has been an ordeal almost as upsetting as the head gasket. These are not the only two problems I've had with this car, the list is long. I'm 23 years old and I gave Herb Connolly Acura literally my entire life's savings, and in return I got a crappy car, a two-month long headache and $2K worth of debt. Take your business elsewhere. These guys are the reason nobody likes car dealerships.

James Dimitris was superb as well as Nana Hagan..
There was no pressure to buy a car. The questions that we asked were answered. We told James our price range, he respected it and met our price.

Snapping noise from front left brake area
I brought my 2017 MDX into the service department to have a concerning snapping thump sounding issue. It happens after I brake and typically after reaching 25 mph. Once I reach that speed and typically when I reduce the pressure on my accelarometer pedal the noise will occur. I left the car for the day and explained to the service dept that it was very intermittent at times while other times it happens quite frequently. This issue started after my last service at which time my tires were rotated and my brakes were cleaned. I'm writing this review on 7/11/17. Temp is 80 and it's a bit humid. The snapping noise is happening every time. I'm now reluctant to bring my car back because I feel the service dept doesn't believe me. I'm concerned about my safety while driving my car. There is something wrong with my car and it concerns me that the service dept can't figure out what's wrong. I guess I have no choice but to live with this but am very upset since I paid nearly $60,000 for my MDX.

Car buying.
Nicholas Oden was our sales consultant. We arrived on Monday, July 3rd as the dealership was closing. He stayed after closing to answer our many questions, and let us test drive a car. He was respectful, polite, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. It was a very positive experience.
