I went in for a recall on my truck.

I went in for a recall on my truck. The tech who did the recall said my fuel filters were down to 3% life. I declined the $400 fuel filter service. When I got my truck back from service, the fuel filter indicator said it had 18% life left. I asked the service advisor about it and she said she must have mis-understood the tech. I don't think so. The tech even wrote in the service order that I needed to service the fuel filters. I won't go back to this dealership. I had another issue come up with my truck. I drove it up to Georgetown to Mac Haik Dodge. They know how to treat customers - highly recommend Mac Haik Dodge in Georgetown

Frustrating experience.

Frustrating experience. My steering wheel was removed at last service to fix a problem and put back on slightly off so I tried to have it corrected told I need an alignment and not fixed. One of the 2 recalls told was done but not and told need to order a part. This has been a nightmare!

I brought my 2014 Jeep Patriot in for repairs on a

I brought my 2014 Jeep Patriot in for repairs on a problem that was supposed to already have been fixed. The Patriot had a very bad vibration when it is in drive with the brake on. The engine was supposed to have been replaced to fix the problem. When I picked it up it was still doing the same vibrating it had been. Eric the service manager ask me to drive it and let the new engine have a break in period. I did that and it did not improve. I took it back to have it checked. The mechanic supposedly looked at it and said it was fine. If your mechanic thinks that the car vibrating like it is you might need to get a new mechanic. I was asked by three different people on my previous trip why I was there. I told all of them including the assistant general manager that I was there for a car repair and they all suggested that I trade it in and buy a new car. Covert has been in Austin a long time and used to be a good dealership. I can see now why there reviews are so bad. I would never recommend Covert to anyone for repairs or buying a car.
