I wish every customer service experience I had could go

I wish every customer service experience I had could go as well as it did leasing my Subaru Forester from Tod Gerry! Todd is the best- He is patient and takes the time to listen carefully to everything I am looking for in a new car . Once we figured out what will work best , he answers the many questions I have concerning the operation and maintenance of my Subaru. Todd also works within my budget guidelines to create to best pricing and lease options. I have been going to Steve Lewis Subaru for over 15 years for all my sales and service requirements . Working with Todd : General Manager , Joe Clark and the service team is the best - They are are my car people for life !!! Many thanks to Todd and team for once again putting me in an excellent Subaru for more driving adventures.

The folks at Steve Lewis Subaru were outstanding! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Brian Kane helped us with the purchase of the car. He was AWESOME! He efficiently took care of all of our questions and all the details associated with the cars purchase. Brian also helped us with the purchase of a used Rav 4 last fall. We were so happy with our experience with Brian then we decided to come back and have him help us again!!! We had a great experience and would recommend Brian and Steve Lewis to our friends and family! Sincerely, Mark Levreault

Excellent!

Excellent!! David Maciorowski in sales and Lisa in finance walked us through all the paperwork. We have not purchased a car in a while do it was great having someone to explain everything.

We made an appointment to see a used car that was listed

We made an appointment to see a used car that was listed on the website as being available; we were told that we were put "on the board" and that the specific car we wanted to see was noted on our appointment. At our appointment, a salesperson pulled the car up and let us test drive it. When we got back from the test drive, we were handed off to a second salesperson who pulled the new version of that car for comparison. We liked the used model and asked to go over the numbers. Only then, more than an hour after we got there, were we told that the car was already sold. Then we were offered an up-sell to a more expensive used model. It was disrespectful and a waste of time.

Fair price, quick sale, not too pushy with useless add on

Fair price, quick sale, not too pushy with useless add on and warranty sales although attempts are annoyingly built into the process. Thanks!
