Working with Ken was such a gratifying experience. The majority of car salespeople I have dealt with have been all suave, sleazy, and quick to try and unfurl you with psychological gimmicks. Ken was so upfront and forthright, I really appreciated his candor and honesty. I truly felt like he cared about Subaru as a company and so his sales pitch didn't feel unwarranted. He was comfortable to talk to and I would recommend him to anyone, especially someone else like me that doesn't know as much about cars.
