I am very satisfied with my purchase at this dealership. Shaf was so helpful and very professional. When I arrived at dealership he had the vehicle ready on the lot. He answered all my questions and what I really liked about him is that Shaf wasn't pushy as other dearlers are. Also the guy in Financial department was very helpfull and also very nice person. I am greatful for the best buying experience!

Tyler was wonderful. We started looking at a new car back in Feb or March. Tyler was the young man that approached us. He had a nice smile even though we had to have mask on. Tyler said they did not have any 2021 Outlanders in and that they were only making 2022. He said they would be in around May. Tyler kept us informed on the progress of the new Outlanders. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy. I am very happy with my new Outlander and give Tyler 5 stars. Just a note this is my third vehicle I have purchased from Biggers.

I will not deal with this place I paused to look at a picture of a car they had posted online went to look and see if it had the manual transmission I would want, a pop up window showed up on my phone I skipped it just trying to check the transmission, would have had to go through the whole search on the site find the car again, not that interested so I backed out of the site. Less then a minute later my phone rings they are asking if I am still interested in the car, if I was that ended any interest I had. I opened the privacy policy online and they claim to not collect any identifying information well to me my phone # and name sure are identifying information this is a part of the privacy policy- Normal Web Site Usage: During normal web site usage, we do not collect or store personally identifiable information such as name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, or social security number. Everyone was so helpful. My salesman Tyler wasn't pushy in the month that we were talking. Jalin made sure I was happy with the car and had everything check out that I felt needed to be checked out.
