I was on my way to a different dealership when my girlfriend called me and told me that Biggers offers Lifetime Powertrain warranty, so I turned around and went there instead. I had the pleasure to work with Jim Casey and Nate. They were both very patient and very knowledgeable and made car buying process much less stressful that I thought it would be. While Jim explain all the car specs Nate offer me different financing options so I could decide what would work the best for me. Thank you both for being awesome! -Iwona

Had a car accident on Monday and my car was deemed a total loss. I was given a settlement but it did not match what I owed on the vehicle. A big thanks to Jim Casey at Biggers Mitsubishi for taking great care of me. He gave me a great deal on a upgraded new vehicle, rolled what I owed into the new vehicle and my monthly payments barely increased. The price was right and the warranties are the best in the industry. Thank you all for such a great experience!

This is the second Outlander we have bought from Biggers Mitsubishi. They are great to work with. Fair prices and very accommodating. I would reccomend going to them for a vehicle.

My husband and I first experienced Bigger's way back in 2015 when we purchased our Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE. Our daughter purchased her first new car at Bigger's and her experience brought us in. We met Emal Noor, the General Manager, and felt so comfortable instantly! We were introduced to Jim Casey our Sales Advisor and he showed us exactly what we wanted and came to see. We loved our 2015 so much we came back and purchased our 2019. Their team, Emal, Jim, and Jose, in service, all made us feel welcome like old friends. No problems just our gratitude. Our experience was totally amazing! Wish we could give 10 stars not just 5.

My husband and I found the car of my dreams online at Biggers Mitsubishi and I was dreading going into the dealer and going through the whole process as I have done this numerous times before and I have never been happy with how we were treated or any part of the car buying experience. This is now the third new car I have purchased from Biggers Mitsubishi and as always everyone I worked with was amazing. Initially went to look at used cars since my pup would not get in my car any longer for some strange reason or another. Izaiah is great, he actually got me into a brand new 2019 Outlander Sport and Nate made sure that I got it to the payment I was needing to get to. Izaiah is an excellent employee and really listens to what his customers are wanting, being a female I get nervous myself going to dealerships by myself especially the day I went to look at cars, Nate the gentleman that sold me my last two Eclipses was not there. Izaiah got me the car I was needing and more. I love working with the team at Biggers and am sure I will be back to buy my next car from them. They truly make you feel like family when you are shopping for a new or used car and myself as well as my family will continue to purchase from Biggers Mitsubishi for many years to come.
