This is specific to Service Dept. Parker is very helpful in scheduling service and keeping the customer informed on the progress and cost.

my service representative was excellent. He was very courteous. I don't know who the technician was but I received a video explanation of his assessment regarding filter elements and diagnostic tests then proceeded recommendations. I think that showing the customer is really effective from standpoint of a person who is unsure about what is going on under the hood of the car. The communication between the staff and customer was excellent.

Overall, sales service was good. Everyone was courteous, helpful, & thorough. However, when we picked up our '21 Subaru Crosstrek, the interior was not detailed. We bought our son's leased car and had to pick-up the following week so the Service Dept can inspect.
