I’m a bit late with my review but it is well deserved. In September, I brought my new forester in for its first free oil change under warranty. The service center was clearly busy but as soon as my service guy got to me I had all of his attention. He answered my questions, was friendly and personable, and even gave us a curtesy call because the car was done sooner than expected. I’ve hated dealing with dealerships in the past but I can honestly say that Bob Baker Subaru has changed my mind for the better. If they are this great during a pandemic I can’t imagine the quality of service when restrictions are lifted. Choose this dealership if you want friendly, knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service!

Although Mr. Carrasco was kind, it took over two hours to get my car serviced, it wasn’t even washed (I requested it to be washed), and I didn’t get the sticker on the windshield to remind me of my next service. I received a copy of the invoice, but I didn’t receive the page where things are marked with green/yellow/red. It was my first time at your dealership, so no sure if you do that, but I’ve gotten one of those from all other places I’ve been to.

Took my vehicle in to check out a defect in the shifting console, plastic coating peeled off and is sharp and dangerous. Service center told me I'd get a response in a few days but never got a response from VW. Had to reach out to the vehicle rep about the issue.
