My lease was up on my 2017 Jetta S and I wanted to look at the new Jetta’s and upgrade a bit. Robert helped us out by showing us the Jetta SEL (main goal was leather seats) and letting us take it for a test drive. I fell in love but we’re still deciding between other days. We left and the next day decided to get prices to see our options. Robert was so quick to respond to our text messages and sent us a lease quote. He got us such a good deal that we knew that was the car for us. He helped us fill in as much paper work as we could before arriving to pick up the car. Robert helped with returning our lease and picking up the new car. He answered all our questions and when the car was ready and it was time to drive off, he sat with me and end over a brief overview or the car and helped me understand everything. He took his time even though the dealership was closing. Thanks so much to Bob Baker VW and especially Robert Maples for making it so easy and helping me find the perfect car for me. I AM LOVING MY NEW JETTA SEL! Thanks again!

Sorry about the experience, we did try and make it up to you by repairing the knock sensor and the carbon build up free of charge which would have cost you $ 1000.00 or more if you was to pay for that. Sorry for the troubles and we do understand you have choices. Thanks and again sorry.

The Windshield gotb broken during car wash. Manager said they would order one and let me know when it comes in. Were changes were made to screen? I don't find where it tells how many miles to gas fill.

JP was very helpful with getting my car serviced and recall taken care of. But my car seats were just thrown in the back and my car was not washed like I asked. I appreciate the speedy service, but some attention to detail would have been better.

Please come back for the car wash if you are in the neighborhood, also the car seat is always put upside down to insure the customer knows it is not installed. Sorry for the car wash.

She got all upset when I didn’t agree on the deal and pretty much said that we wasted Her time and She could have been home with Her kids/ dogs. Will SURELY NOT RECOMMEND HER!!!!!
