Service Advisor, Calen, was very proficient in staying in touch, while my Jeep was being serviced. Unfortunately, the work being done took an extremely long time due to an unforeseen health issue with the key mechanic working on my vehicle, and there weren't any other qualified mechanics capable of completing the job. Regardless of the inconvenience, I will continue to have my Jeep serviced at this Dealership. AutoNation seems to make a more concerted effort in pleasing their customers than the previous owners, and that’s a good thing.

I received no response to four voicemails over the period of a week. When I showed up in person to explain my situation, however, staff went out of their way to accommodate my emergency schedule. I truly appreciate personnel going over and above to take care of my service needs.

The service staff were very professional everyone made sure I was taken care of. The mechanic who serviced my hellcat redeye jailbreak was very efficient in determining the issue with my vehicle. I am very happy with the level of professionalism the staff has and the experience of the mechanics. My only issue is your phone system. You have also services my 2014 Jeep wrangler on 40’s and 5.6@5” lift, it was given the sane level of respect and service as my Hellcat Redeye. Since the new service manger Todd has been there my service experiences have been nothing but stellar. He was Solely responsible on his 2nd day to get my Charger Hellcat Redeye the long awaited parts, 102 days, and return the car to me all repaired. I could not even get a conversation with the previous manager. Todd takes customer service to a entirely new level that others should strive for. I have full confidence in Todd and his team when leaving either of my vehicles with them fir service. They are consciences and thorough in how they handle my vehicle service requirements.

Every time I’ve brought my Jeep in to this Carlsbad location I’ve had a wonderful experience! This time I brought my Jeep in as a walk-in on the weekend and the gents were super polite and very efficient and kept me informed throughout the process. My service advisor Benjamin was great!
