Danny Vega and the service techs at the Truck shop were awesome. Had my Dodge in for the parking engagement recall. Danny kept me updated and the team took great care of my van which is converted into an RV. Had me out in a day and a half so I could get back on the road. Fantastic support. I left the dealership with issues (A we-owe list) on a brand new vehicle. A month later they are still not fixed. I have not been able to talk to a service advisor, service manager or GM to date. I have called several times. I also now have new issues. This is the the worst Customer care I’ve ever had, and this is with a “New” vehicle.

Service department Benjamin Merrill is best I’ve ever worked with. Living in. Multiple states and owning a dozen vehicles of multiple brand he and his service department are far superior to all I have worked with.
