For the two times I went there for an oil change, both times my car oil warning light wasn’t reset. I didn’t know if my car was serviced or not. Same mistake twice with the same customer at the same situation!

Went in for first oil change of my new Pacifica.
Went in for first oil change of my new Pacifica. It was easy to make the appointment and was pleasantly surprised the pricing was very reasonable. Everyone was professional and answered all my questions. My Advisor Rob was phenomenal and i asked if he could be my advisor for future service needs - he was happy to be my go to guy.

I went in to have an oil change, a tire rotation, and
I went in to have an oil change, a tire rotation, and have the radio antenna replaced. I waited for 4 hours. I had made an appointment on line, they had no record of it. One time they lost the tech that was working on my car. My write up guy said the tech was ordered to go to lunch. I had stuff to do, that didn’t include the lost time.
