Service representative Nick did a great job informing me of the status of my repairs even amidst a company outage of the software program needed to complete the principal problem - check engine message. I agreed to leave my vehicle overnight as troubleshooting takes time. Given the company-wide software outage, Nick and I texted on the status of the update and I told him I was prepared to leave the car another night. Fortunately, the software program became available and the mechanic was able to do complete the work the second day. I very much appreciated Nick's frequent communications!

I discovered issues with my vehicle one week prior to the
I discovered issues with my vehicle one week prior to the end of the manufacturer-backed extended warranty program. I was concerned that my warranty program would lapse over the Labor Day weekend before the work could be started. My service advisor, Danny Vega, stayed in contact with the warranty dept to complete the worked needed, under warranty. Excellent service and communication, keeping me informed, a level of service not found under the previous dealer ownership.

Service department was very disappointing.
Service department was very disappointing. I could not get through on the automated phone system so I had to drive to the service center to get information. My truck had not been looked at yet and the service technician couldn’t say when it was going to be diagnosed. Telling me that there were several other vehicles in front of me that had been there for several months was completely unacceptable. I requested that my truck be returned to me so that I could get it serviced somewhere else.

The issues in my car are still present and they weren?t able to fix them. Getting updates on my car was hard and I had to call. Most of the time I was placed in for a long time. I understand the transition was hard but over all the receptionist went above and beyond touring to help me. Super friendly, I wish I could remember her name.

Pick up the phone!
waiting for over a year for recall parts. Told to keep calling back to get them. Couldn't re-register or get smog done due to waiting on recall parts. When you call to make an appt. the phone phone tree never connects you to anyone. No one picks up not one time have we gotten anyone on the phone.
