Sales Manager Samar was great. Had 2 different salesmen Mike and Robert. Robert took over and was great. We had good communications. Morgan the finance director was very nice. She answered all my questions & was very professional.

Absolute ripoff!
Absolute ripoff! Take your vehicle somewhere else for service. $650 for a oil and fuel filter change? I know I agree to pay for it but definitely know I got ripped off. Also they move their truck Service to another location away from the dealership in the middle of an industrial area. Their appointment system has not transition from former dealership ownership to new ownership and no one cares. Took me ive 2 months to get appointment.

Another sign I got ripped off is that they charged my for 13.20 quarts of oil and my truck only holds 11 qts. Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and FIAT Carlsbad is a complete mess. They send me a generic response with a number, when I called the number it went into the general office number. When I finally talked to someone they keep transferring me top different departments and never connected me to the GM. As a long time and loyal customer, I'm very disappointed with not only their outrageous cost of service but their overall customer service in general. Who the xxxx runs AutoNation? I'm invoice #512275, tag#4601. All my contact information is there is you want to coin tat me and explain why an oil change went from a reasonable $160 to $345 plus to additional 2 made up qts of oil? Sal

Left truck or one night for warranty work, ent to pick up truck next day a 12 inch scratch on right side rear panel. that scratch was Not there hen I left the truck. I mage the service agent aware, she apologized took pictures and recorded the event on my receipt and tells me that at this time they do not have a Body shop repairman and would not know when
