I think that the service department is still not up and
I think that the service department is still not up and running smoothly. I waited 30 minutes for an appointment when I got there (on time). My service representative had just started the week before, and his voicemail didn't work, so he never received my messages. They mistook my car for another client's car (and their leak) and didn't know about the extended warranty I had purchased through Auto Nation.

Gladiator
My team (Mike & Rick) were fast and efficient. Got me exactly what I wanted and didn?t waste my time with the ?Let me go ask my manager? run around. Gave me an honest deal and at a price point lower than what I thought was possible (I discounts I didn?t know about). They could have easily not told me about the available discounts and been at my price point to pocket the dealership the extra money. Thanks again Mike and Rick!

Once they get more familiar with their new software
Once they get more familiar with their new software system, it will be a breeze checking in and out. However, the service men I worked with were professional and conscientious and friendly.

Excellent response time in getting an appointment! Fast and friendly service. They actually answer the phone! Know you just took over the location, but please spend some money on painting and freshening the office area. It is bleak. Your team deserves better!

Unfortunately, I encountered this dealership during the
Unfortunately, I encountered this dealership during the transition to new ownership by Autonation. There were only 2 service advisors and they were too busy to communicate. I had to show up at the dealership to ask about the status of my vehicle (my concern was the upcoming holiday weekend and my plans for a trip soon after). I waited approx 7 business days for warranty approval, all without a car or loaner. Tom Marotto became involved and was a very good communicator. Eventually the car was repaired under warranty and I was on my way. However, on my trip both of the front wheel well trim pieces flew off, hitting my car, while driving on the freeway (at separate times). Apparently they were not reconnected correctly. Tom ordered the trim pieces and fixed it for me quickly. However the entire process was frustrating. Autonation has not been impressive. I have always been happy with service at that dealership in the past. I will try them again but Autonation needs to hire more staff and give them some support. Multiple phone messages left for the dealership were never returned and many phone numbers were no longer in service, even those printed on the service paperwork! Communication is key the to providing geed service! I sincerely hope you can get this figured out.
