Everything was handled very well. All questions answered, and available options explained. Dealer did not have car we wanted in stock, but located one and got it for us. Veronica Nolan gave us very personal attention and worked hard to meet all of our requests for our car. Price negotiations were smooth and fair. Jimmy in finance did a very good job of explaining potential add on services and warrantees (paid cash , so didn't actually need to finance). We were able to easily decide what fit our needs.

The dealer had plenty of cars online to choose from and once I selected a car it was available to look at and after a quick test drive, I was ready to begin the negotiation process to purchase the car. Michael was attentive, polite, knowledgeable and professional throughout the process.

First buying a car at this location and it sucks thanks to Finance Person: John Mullen. Not profession people in the finance department. So sad.
