Not a great experience.
Not a great experience. I was working a deal remotely for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee only to have them sell it out from under me. No possibility of putting a deposit down. I was just about to book tickets to fly to San Diego. Thankfully I did not do that. Not a good dealership to work with remotely. When I phoned in, I was told that the person I was working with did not realize he was selling the same car to two people. But that on site sales (even if you were first) take precedence.

Service- August 2021- You're scheduled a minimum of 2 weeks out for the Jeep recalls. The recall went out pre-covid and they didn't have the parts so I checked back periodically to see when the appointment could be made. This is the second recall and the second time no rental was available. Seems if you're scheduling 2 weeks out, someone would verify ahead of time that the rental request would be filled. Service rep couldn't get the site to work, so off in an uber you go. Come on dealership- get it together. People work full time.

The General Manager at this location, Samer K, provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership. I was attempting to drop off my lease, and the he told me that they couldn’t accept it. I told him I talked to a lady at that location the day prior and she told me to bring it on by and it would be taken in without any problems. Samer, the General Manager, said, “Did you lease it from us?” I told him that I did not but I’ve serviced at this location. “If you didn’t lease from us, I don’t care where you serviced. I’m not taking your car.” I told him that the weekend receptionist told me that it’d be no problem. He responded, again, with, “Yeah I’m not taking it. Go back to where you got it from. I’m not taking your car.” I’m completely floored by this level of service. The other brand I’m currently leasing has accepted leases from other dealerships with no trouble, and not even the sales people spoke to me with such disrespect. Not only will I and my family and friends never visit this store again, we will never go with a Dodge product. Mark my words when I say that Dodge corporate will be hearing about this and other negative experiences I’ve had here but chose to brush under the rug until now.

Not Happy at All Warranty Scam
We went in to take advantage of the employee pricing back in November 2019. End it up having to haggle for the advertised price for hours ended up walking out before we received something we could live with then were totally taken advantage of and sold a warranty that we specifically stated we didn't want. Definitely will not return or recommend this dealership

Great prices but push after price scams
The experience was great and then a total bummer. This place is super professional and organized and I had a great experience with the salesman. Unfortunately this all flipped when I got to the finance room. Things ran a little long and I ended up being at there far longer than I could to make an appointment and being absolutely rushed to wrap things up in finance. They totally took advantage and kept pushing this antitheft Karr system, cutting the price in half (to $780) and after I kept saying no showing me pamphlets and pulling up maps of car thefts in my neighborhood. They told me it would reduce insurance costs, which it ended up not doing, and it would last for the life of the car, which it turns out just the alarm does but not the stolen car reimbursement. In my time crunch I surrendered just to get out of there and thinking they wouldn't be taking advantage of me as hard as I later found out. As soon as I got home I looked up the Karr system and found nothing but on line warnings about how much of a scam they are. I looked online and found a lot of people were able to cancel through the federal "cool off period" to cancel such contract. I immediately emailed the sales person and got no response. The next day I called a few times and finally got a call the next day and was told that there was no cool off period in california. This would have been a great car experience if it werent for that little scam. It's unfortunate this dealership pushes this well known scam and lets that soil a car buying experience. I'm gonna chalk this up to an expensive life lesson. Heads up, learn from this lesson and don't let them push you in to the Karr antitheft system.

No service, 2 salesmen standing around talking to each other
Went in on a Friday afternoon on Memorial day weekend. Looking, for a dealership that wanted my business. It is obvious that this is not one. I was looking at the new Gladiators for about 20 minutes and saw 2 salesmen just walk by not even taking the time to notice me and my wife. Two other standing outside the main entrance talking to each other and not even ask if they could help, I believe one was the sales manager very sorry. I was very disappointed with how Chris Baker has left this dealerships customer service decline. I had purchase 3 other vehicles from this dealership but will no longer spend my money here.
