We visited 3 different jeep dealerships looking specifically to get a grand Cherokee. Almost gave up and bob Baker dealership was going to be our last try before deciding to go back to our bmw dealership. Walked in to bob Baker not expecting much but Veronica blew us away with her super friendly services. She answered all our questions in a very professional and friendly manner. We ended up closing the deal in about an hour and now we have a brand new jeep grand cherokee! Thanks Veronica!

Linda and Bill were great. Felt comfortable going through the process. He is very personable. A slight hiccup when it came to the finance dept. There was a miscommunication about one aspect. I felt surprised and was a bit disappointed. Everything up to that point had been smooth sailing. It got remedied by John in finance and Greg the GM. So all in all it was a good experience I got the vehichle I was looking for and at a fair price.

Found this car online got preapproved for the loan and came in with my preapproval and the buying process was quick and easy! Would shop here again!
