Scam artists!

Scam artists!!! Unprofessional. Got a car from there signed no contract was promised a warranty for a year nooone calls me back. I bought an Audi in December had it for 11 days and the engine blew. I asked for my money back and they played the stall out game of that it was my fault. Brought the car in for service a week after I bought it cause I was driving the car to Virginia for the holidays the cars engine blew as soon as I got to Virginia and their mechanics told me I was good to drive it. Ended up in Virginia for 5 days longer than I intended to be. I had the car towed back at my expense my car was there on 12/28 and they didn't agree to fix my car till almost the end of January 2024. I had my car back on 3/13 still received no paperwork no contract nothing in writing. They had my car for 3 months when I picked up the vehicle I did not have my plates or tittle and the car was towed three days later and was in the impound for a week until I was able to get my paperwork. All at my expense. Within a month I had to change the oil and I was constantly having to put coolant in the car. They do not call me or answer my calls. They said they would pay for my rental all of it then it was 40$. Day and I was given 30$ a day for the month of January. I have bankrupt my self with this car and all cause of a shotty dealership. Mark the service manager said to me no one told you to drive to Virginia, umm excuse me Mark I didn't buy an Audi S5 to look at it no what he wanted to say was he didn't expect me to do that myuch driving before the 30 day mark and be liable to fix the lemon he sold me and tried to tell me that I didn't have the warranty ok so I just gave u 19k for a car and I didn't want the warranty. I have gotten a lawyer at this point. I've contacted BBB and consumer affairs. Next will be the local news. Terrible dealership

I visited this Dealer last week and was concerned about

I visited this Dealer last week and was concerned about some bad reviews i read online, a soon as i arrived a young man introduced himself to me Malik and was VERY NICE - I explained my concerns right up front, He agreed to go over any questions regarding the vehicle i was interested in, We walked to the back lot where the vehicle was located , i am a long time truck buyer and looked over , inspected everything i needed to see- next stop his manager Sal Lanuto -Also VERY NICE, we discussed all my questions -NO PRESSURE -Sal made some very informed me regarding some good options for me to consider to PROTECT ME. I was GLAD I VISITED instead of going by some bad reviews i read on-line, Most likely will be back to purchase this vehicle soon. Both Malik and Sal were very upfront and made me feel Secure in Purchasing from them, PS i am a Industrial Mechanic for over 40-Years and seen their Repair Shop -Very Impressive - If i was the owner i would reverse the building have the shop in the front for customers to see from the highway -Most Independent Car Dealers do not have a Prep Center/ Repair Shop this size to handle all the different vehicles they sell.

The dealership failed to disclose major repairs necessary

The dealership failed to disclose major repairs necessary and discovered by a major GMC service center where I lived. I have tried to finance these repairs througfh the dealer in order to properly pass inspection and a proper Pennsylvania registration. The dealership has put a block upon my phone calls despite this simple additional cost to an all-cash purchase on June 27th.

The total scammers.

The total scammers. The advertised price is half of what they end up asking in bogus fees. I called before I arrived about their fees and terms. The fees they quoted for the vehicle seemed standard and reasonable. I arrived and spent hours waiting while the salesman was “negotiating on my behalf” for the best price and best financing. The final breakdown included thousands of dollars for fees that no other dealership charges, such as “destination fee,” “existing additional upgrades”, and “processing fees”. They advertised a car for 16.5k and gave me the final cost of 29.9K. A total waste of time. They most likely specialize on people who have a hard time getting credit approval so when they are approved they are willing to draw a credit that far exceeds the actual car value. Stay away from them.

Was approved and ready to buy, then all the nonsense

Was approved and ready to buy, then all the nonsense started. Add on fees, 3k+ in "ceramic interior coating"?? What the xxxx is that?? Then when I call out the salesman he tells me I'm wasting his time and GTFOH??? Wow, great way to make a sale. To be fair I replied in a pretty harsh and foul way that I am sorry for. But was really taken back by a salesperson to tell someone to get the F*** out.....

Salesperson was very pleasant to work with however when it came down to financing, our price for the vehicle doubled in price. They were so slick to just gloss over everything that you dont know until it is too later. DO NOT COME HERE!

Buyer beware! You will overpay and get plenty of lip service. Typical used car tactics.
