I recently purchased a vehicle from Cocoa Ford, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Rich was my salesman, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to my needs. Rich made the entire process smooth and stress-free, ensuring I understood all my options. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are commendable. I highly recommend asking for Rich if you're in the market for a new or used car at Cocoa Ford.​And the Dealership as a whole!

I had purchased a 2020 f150 march 25th thinking I would

I had purchased a 2020 f150 march 25th thinking I would be safe with going to an actual ford dealership and I couldn’t have been more wrong! I was better off going to a crappy used car lot. With in 3 days the car started to hard shift between 3rd and 4th I had called my salesman who put me in contact with the sales manager who said they had “noted” it down and that I should speak with the used car manager Dave who is quite difficult to get ahold of. Now barely 3 weeks (April 7) later and not even my first car payment in, I have a check engine light on with a “Powertrain Malfunction / Reduced Power” notice to where I went in person to see what they are willing to do which was practically nothing. Best they can do is waive a diagnostic fee that they can’t fit me in till MAY!! Without even a loaner or any way to get to work!! But he (Dave) was very well rehearsed with letting me know there’s no lemon law for used cars in Florida and how they don’t have to be responsible for anything and that should have added a warranty to it Hardly standing by their own product of not even 3 weeks old!! Please STAY AWAY and take your business elsewhere!! Friends avoid the heartache, headache and financial burden that I’m going through and take your hard earned money to somewhere more reputable and compassionate!!

This dealership is exceptional!

This dealership is exceptional! I bought my 2021 Expedition here and I have not one bad word to say! The service department is wonderful, friendly and they do a great job. They get you in and out and don’t overcharge or scam you in any way! I wouldn’t go to any other dealership. It’s worth your time to go check them out

Andrew is a great Service Advisor. Very polite and knowledgeable about repairs and account perks. Courtesy drivers Bill and John are a pleasure to ride with. Highly recommend Cocoa Ford.

Was trying to get information on a Bronco that I was very interested in purchasing, due to the drive we gave them all the information and trades. Then they never got back with us after multiple attempts with no explanation as to why.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from them, and they were very laid back. No pressure, give us time to make our decisions. It was quite refreshing, not to be pressured into decisions. Are salesperson Craig was a good guy? He took a lot of time with us to show us the car and explain everything to us.As it is a plug in hybrid, a new car to us
