My wife and I purchased a vehicle from them, and they were very laid back. No pressure, give us time to make our decisions. It was quite refreshing, not to be pressured into decisions. Are salesperson Craig was a good guy? He took a lot of time with us to show us the car and explain everything to us.As it is a plug in hybrid, a new car to us

I was very happy with having my car serviced.

I was very happy with having my car serviced. The set up was very easy and when I arrived they was ready for me and I didn’t have to set there a hour. Also it’s good they didn’t try to have everything on my car changed, and cost me thousands of dollars. Everyone was very happy and professional So Thank you all !

The battery in my Ford Escape Hybrid went dead Sunday

The battery in my Ford Escape Hybrid went dead Sunday morning. I had it taken by truck to Cocoa Ford on Sunday. On Monday, my Service Advisor Jimmy was able to squeeze my vehicle in for service. It was determined that the battery needed replacing. Every thing was completed by mid-afternoon Monday.

Service writer advised me to get OEM compressor at twice the price of aftwrmarket the Endurance warranty authorize ro save time in uncertain delivery. It took just as lomg to het the Ford part ao I saved no time but apent twice the pricenid the AC repair. Not a good experience.

I have attempted all day to buy a vehicle, cash, at stated discounted price, I have been nothing but kind and have stated on the phone to multiple sales reps that I am ready to buy. How can a dealership not want business? Stock #RLA61838. Bronco Raptor. I understand I am not in the dealership but I didn’t even ask for anything off or anything difficult other than next steps. I even stated this will be your easiest and quickest sale. I have been told I’ll be called back, only to never receive a call back, twice now. I hope management is aware a ready and capable buyer cannot conduct business. I found Cocoa Ford through Cars.com, I do not recommend.

Always use Cocoa fraud to serve my truck. My service advisor is Jimmy Braswell. He is excellent. I always ask for him. No one else thanks for the great service.
