Long standing customer. Only one I deal with. Through all ownerships. Well satisfied with all.

Went in for routine service. Really liked the video depicting what was happening with my vehicle. Bobbie was great. Helped me pick out new tires and was very helpful in getting these ordered and appointment set up.

I really appreciated the help from the service manager Jimmy, but especially Bianca. She was able to secure me a new windshield and complete the entire process with me to report to the insurance company and the windshield contractor. Most helpful for a service rep to do that for you. The process was simple for her but surely would have been difficult for me.

Very efficient. Performed only the authorized services while I waited. Video inspection was a nice addition.

Every one at the service area was courteous and pleasant, when I pulled in for my appointment I greeted immediately. My truck was checked in and in minutes was taken to be serviced, I waited in the waiting room it was clean and cool. Before I knew it and the service was completed, after checking out I got in my truck and found the steering wheel was clean and all the mirrors were as I left them. I was very happy with the service and would recommend Paradise Ford.

The service writer was friendly and listened to my comments about my service needs. She cleared the work order professionally when the work was done. I was NOT impressed with the video vehicle condition report. It provides me with less information about my vehicle's condition and service needs than the old multi point inspection paper report.

Cocoa Ford has treated me very well since I got my truck last year. This service was just as well everything was explained and they did everything they said they were going too.

I left a google review but I can only leave one, even though I been there multiple times. They are the reason my 27 year old truck is still able to startup and drive! Thanks everyone!
