Your price went up, from under $50 previously to over $70 now. Plus, you no longer give me a Red/Yellow/Green checkup summary at the end. More money + less benefit = I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.

I needed new tires and the brakes checked.

I needed new tires and the brakes checked. Jimmy kept me informed and when it was necessary to get a part from another dealer he arranged for me to get driven home. When the car was ready a driver picked me up and drove me back to get my car. I am pleased with the work done.

8:45 appointment.

8:45 appointment. 9:45 still waiting to start the oil change. Rep said the delay is like waiting in your doctor’s offfce for an appointment. Left without getting the service done.

had a diesel oil.

had a diesel oil. i was not happy with the new owner going up so much. on the cost. I will be doing my own oil change before i will bring it back to cocoa ford.$189.00 final charge. way too much

My service visit was scheduled about 4 weeks in advance,

My service visit was scheduled about 4 weeks in advance, Oil change and rotate tires. I bought the tires there 5000 miles ago. I was told the new owners were not honoring free rotation since they bought the dealership. I have a real issue with that is why I bought them there so I could get my oil changed and tires rotated at the same time. I want to shop local but I can go some where else. On top of the tire issue I had a 8 am appointment, got there at 7:24. My truck did not get moved till 8:40. and I finally got out of there at 9:45. in the past took about 45 minutes. New ownership is not going well in my book.
