My truck is having transmission problems and I was told that I could not have it checked out till January 2022,the lady didn't care said that only had one person working on transmissions,I told her that they should hire more people to work on the transmissions. Now I have to have my truck towed to Kelly Ford, I am only a few minutes from Paridse Ford, I got terrible service while I was there I ask about the recall for the door locks, she said when I had a problem bring the truck in.

The best people to work with. If there's a problem they will fix it. I'm not a fan of dealer but I will go back because they do that they say no if and or buts. A pleasure working with them.

Great experience with trade-in and new truck purchase

Had a great experience with salesman Craig Hiller...owner Joe also. Very fair on trade-in and new truck purchase. Follow up on questions was great and went smoothly. Ask for Craig...props to him and Paradise.

What a great dealership! From the owner to the lady that greets you at the door! Above and beyond in every aspect of buying a vehicle, so much so we purchased two family vehicles!! And we hate car shopping as much as buying a house!! Different outlook now and will continue to do business solely with Paradise Ford!!

Problem fixed

Since I wrote a bad review for poor service, I would like to write a good review for good service. There was a Technical Service Bulletin to fix a problem with my F150. It was performed correctly and the problem no longer exists. The certified mechanics do a great job.

Not safe for service

After all the news on social distancing and business closures you would think a car dealer would have their act together to encourage customers. Not true at this place. I called last week for a service appointment and specifically asked if they had safe outdoor seating for those waiting for service. I was told emphatically yes. Upon arrival this morning I find a lone 5ft bench setup outside the service entrance with big metal cans obviously to accommodate smokers. In what world do they think this Is considered safe outdoor seating, no where close to being in a comfortable location in blazing sun view South. I left after wasting my time driving 20 miles to this place. I was done writing this review until I saw the questions below asking what precautions I liked most about their efforts to prevent covid19 spread. Too bad they didn’t give a choice showing there weren’t any such precautions!

non professional

I went in for a simple oil and filter change. After waiting a while, I noticed my truck sitting out in the parking lot, indicating that it was completed. After waiting for a service person for 10 mins, I went in to the cashier to see if my paperwork was in there. Not finding it there, I went back to the empty service booth and found my key and paperwork laying on the counter. After paying, I went out to my truck to look it over and found oil dripping off my grill (in several areas) onto my bumper. After I cleaned up the oil, I got in my truck and noticed that the old oil change sticker was still on my windshield. I want to be able to use my local Ford dealer, but I will think twice when I get to my next oil change.

Great customer service.

Even though I did not buy my Ford fusion here, Craig Hiller helped me with a sync 3 problem. He had the expertise and knowledge to fix the problem and was very generous with his time. This is the kind of attitude and help a customer is looking for. Next time I need service it will be Paradise Ford!

Scammers!!!

Let me just start out by saying they are criminals!!! Here we are on vacation and our taurus begins to leak antifreeze. I take it to a local shop and they tell me it's an internal water pump. 10 hour job per the ford repair manual. They are busy so recommend Paradise Ford. Paradise tells me it's a 21 hour job and quote me $2800 four times what the local shop quoted if they could have gotten to it!! I called the Ford dealership back home and they tell me 11 hours and $1400. The car is now at Ron Norris Ford in Titusville which also quoted $1400. Beware tourist scam at Paradise!!!! Shame on you Paradise Ford!! Plus they tried charging me $50 for the bogus estimate!!!
