While i was somewhat misled as to how long my visit would

While i was somewhat misled as to how long my visit would take when scheduling, when I got there the staff went all out to accommodate my work schedule, especially Michelle at the service desk. Overall very pleased with the experience.

While I appreciated the fact that the tech put plastic on

While I appreciated the fact that the tech put plastic on my seat and a mat on the floor, I did not like that he left it there when he was done. All he was worried about was getting done and going home. I don't even think he filled the floods or rotated the tires which I paid for.

My sister & I had a great experience.

My sister & I had a great experience. Our sales rep, Brandon, was wonderful. We were treated with respect and not put under any pressure to make sudden decisions He answered all questions, provided us with choices, and explained the functions of equipment in the car. There has been quite a difference between 2010 & 2025 cars.

My F150 Ford broke down over the holiday weekend. I live in NC visiting my mom in Youngstown. I was very pleased with Cochran Ford for getting me back on the road and running.
