Where to start πŸ€” I was told what a xxx my car model was

Where to start πŸ€” I was told what a xxx my car model was from the minute I walked in the door. Then I was lied to multiple times! First I was told before anything was even looked at that it wasn't the TCM that it was the clutch. I was told it would be $239 if the diagnostic didnt code as TCM and I would have to cover that cost. Came back to them telling me it didnt code for TCM that it was clutch and they felt bad so would only charge me $167 for the diagnostic until I asked to see the diagnostic paperwork! Then everyone's attitude changed! They said they forgot to print it up and would go do it again and I said I would return to pay them and take my car. When I returned all of a sudden they "ran the test again" and it came up with one code "this time" that could be TCM!? Um they never ran that xxxx and thought some dumb emotional female wouldn't ask for the diagnostic that you wanted to charge me $239 or $167 for and would just pay that with no paperwork!? Then I had to stop and call multiple times to get my car in to be fixed and honestly I DO NOT BELIEVE THEY REPLACED ANYTHING AND YOUR COMMITTING FRAUD! STILL did not have diagnostic when I went to pick up "repaired" carπŸ€” Thats funny if it coded for clutch malfunction wouldn't you want to show me?! Literally was treated like a inconvenience and lied to by your staff and still was told I need to fix my clutch!? Now my car that is supposed to be repaired is doing xxxx it wasn't doing before you supposedly fixed it and is running like xxxx when it wasn't prior! Your customer service sucks! You lie and try to cheat ppl out of money thinking they are stupid. One person there was nice to me but I didn't deal with him and that was Ron Anziveno. I wanted to like Craig but when he started to lie to me that went out the window. I also took video of the whole thing cus I dont trust anyone and for good reason.

Started off well, was told the price was higher than

Started off well, was told the price was higher than price listed online but was quickly adjusted. Service seemed to go well, I really enjoyed the video from the technician. Only downside was that I had a check engine light that was never addressed or even asked me if I wanted them to address it.

My schedule was very busy.

My schedule was very busy. My vehicle needed several problems minor problems repaired. The dealer was able to pick up my vehicle and return it which was my biggest problem. Everything was fixed and working like new. I wouldn't have been able to do that without the help with pick up and delivery.

I came in to buy a Ford Bronco and Jason Murdock and Gary Demarchis were absolutely πŸ’― the best to deal with. What seemed impossible became possible because of them.
