Quoted 2 weeks—took over a month with repeated delays and poor communication Originally quoted a two-week repair, but the vehicle took over a month with repeated missed completion dates and shifting timelines. Communication was inconsistent throughout, and the job was deprioritized for another customer, which extended the delay. The repair was completed (it took two days once finally started), but I would not rely on promised timelines or communication here.

Marc took great care getting my wife and I our 2025 Explorer. He was very patient, explained things well, and even called me back when he realized there were some extra accessories for us to pick up. Highly recommend this dealership!
