Todd is a really great guy. He was easy to deal with and very personable. The only thing that bothered me a little was the amount of time it took. I understand it was a holiday week and people were off but apparently the dealership was not prepared. They only had one person working in the finance department. The finance guy was great too and I understand business. I’m just having a difficult time understanding why it took almost 4 hours to buy a car.
