Genesis of New Orleans

I bought my Genesis G80 from this dealership 3 years ago. Car Gurus had rated the car/dealership as a Great Deal and I was very happy with the buying experience. Prior to this purchase I had owned 4 Lexus ES cars and an Audi A5. The Genesis is my favorite among all of these cars. I have had my car serviced several times at Genesis of Metairie. It is easy to schedule maintenance. I have always chosen to wait while my car is serviced even though I have options such as valet, where the car is picked up and a loaner is provided. The service area is very comfortable, with coffee, snacks, fruit and other drinks available. My service is always accomplished within the time period quoted and a complimentary wash is provided. I highly recommend this dealership.

I cannot say how much I respect this dealership since I am not a good writer but this is the absolute best I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with plenty since I turned 90 years of age last week.
