Great Dealership to Buy a Car!

This was the best experience my husband and I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. We were treated like friends the minute we walked in the door. The whole transaction was seamless. Bobby, the General Manager was very personable. John, our Sales Associate handled the transaction perfect. Tom, the Product Specialist walked us through every bell and whistle on the car!

Sales texted me stating a 2023 Escalade just came in and

Sales texted me stating a 2023 Escalade just came in and it’s 139,000.00. I ask for the window sticker and the sticker was 119,000.00. Slow supply of Cadillac Escalade doesn’t justify screwing the public 20,000.00. Stay clear of Cadillac of Naperville. We will remember.

Dear Average Joe, I'm sorry to inform you that your original car of choice has since been sold, but I have good news to offer you. We went out into the open market (at auction) and purchased well over 50 2022 and 2023 Used Cadillac Escalades for well over MSRP. We take the position that having these units to offer those that are interested in getting a car now versus waiting in some cases multiple years for a factory order to come in is best. Out of the 50 we originally purchased we have 27 left and out of those 27 only 2 fit what you originally inquired about. Both units are previously titled, but both units are also Cadillac Certified... both are priced for over MSRP but that was already explained above, and both units are offered at a incredible low price of 119,995.00 plus tax, plate and dealer doc fee. If you are trying to purchase a 2023 Escalade at MSRP my advise is to order one with your local dealer in your respective state, and simply wait it out. Today's market is indicative of how much we have to pay to obtain these hard to get vehicles, nothing more nothing else than market forces out of our personal control. PS finally there's nothing average about anyone being able to afford a $100,000 plus vehicle. It takes hard work and great sacrifice to get there. Stefan, appreciate your feedback, but the General public doesn't believe you paid above MSRP for 2022 or 2023 Escalades at an "Auction", just to help them out. If that is the case, you are causing the problem. I bought a Cadillac from a local dealer yesterday at MSRP, not a penny more. The public needs to explorer other Dealers that aren't using your scare tactics. Maybe revisit your sales methods. Best of Luck to you.

Joe, The units we purchase are offered for sale by a third party at auction... If I don't buy them, someone else will, and price is driven by the overall market, not a single car dealer nor a single sale at auction. Congrats on your MSRP purchase, nicely done... I'll offer you 10k over the amount you paid if it's a 2023 Sport and more if it's a Sport Platinum. That's the market Joe, not a set of random numbers without data backing it up. Joe’s new car buddy, Beau!!

Had a wonderful time with my salesman Joe Pro. Showed him a picture of my dog when we test drove my car, then he told me I could bring him in, if I came back. So Beau, our Bernedoodle, came with me to buy our new Kia SUV. We took pictures of Joe and Beau and everyone there made Beau and I feel comfortable. Beau noticed Joe did not have any doggie treats, so Beau brought him in a basket of everything he would need for his next doggie friends!!

Clean modern Dealership.

Clean modern Dealership. Sales transaction went smooth working with Mark and Brad. Mark was a great help in getting all the paperwork completed. Easy trip thru finance and then a very thorough delivery experience. Have not had the opportunity to visit the Service department yet, but will shortly.

Great Dealership to work with

I ordered a CT5 V from Cadillac of Naperville with everything I wanted with Stefan Petrovic who is the sales manager, it took 12 Months & 4 Days to get my vehicle which was not a dealer issue but it was a GM issue for the delay. My dealer always kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle which was hard for them to do because they never got correct information from GM. This is not the only vehicle I have purchased thru this dealership and I have never had any issues working with the sales people, they are great to work with. Whenever i brought my vehicle in for service they were always fast to respond to my issues and always took care of them. I would rate this dealership as great to work with.

Awesome buying experience

Great process. Bought a Jeep Gladiator they had in lot. No high pressure tactics. Smooth and comfortable. Stefan and John (sales) are amazing to work with. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Go see them and you will have a great experience as well.

SCAMS BEWARE WARNINNG!

SCAMS BEWARE WARNINNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SERVICE DEPARTMENT ARE LIARS I'm editing this review because I trusted them but they screwed me. They were all nice when I came the first time in 2020 I went for transmission service, and I told them my rear shocks were leaking, they said because of the shortage GM doesn't have them. I informed my service advisor Christopher that my factory warranty will expire soon. What do I do?? Christopher said he will take care of it, and make the claim with GM, and when the shocks get here they will call me. I kept calling, they keep saying it's still in back order. Now it's 2022, my car is out of warranty. I call and now they tell me Christopher doesn't work there anymore I asked what about my claim? are the shocks in stock now? They tell me there's no claim and I have to pay out of pocket for the shocks, which will cost me $2300 SCAMS BEWARE WARNINNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ATHEER ISMAIL

Dawg, By definition, the MSRP of a vehicle is the manufacturer suggested retail price. Although most of our transactions are at or below MSRP, there has been in some rare instances where pricing exceeds the "sticker price" and that is directly impacted by supply and demand, and the secondary market.
