Clean modern Dealership. Sales transaction went smooth working with Mark and Brad. Mark was a great help in getting all the paperwork completed. Easy trip thru finance and then a very thorough delivery experience. Have not had the opportunity to visit the Service department yet, but will shortly.

Great Dealership to work with
I ordered a CT5 V from Cadillac of Naperville with everything I wanted with Stefan Petrovic who is the sales manager, it took 12 Months & 4 Days to get my vehicle which was not a dealer issue but it was a GM issue for the delay. My dealer always kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle which was hard for them to do because they never got correct information from GM. This is not the only vehicle I have purchased thru this dealership and I have never had any issues working with the sales people, they are great to work with. Whenever i brought my vehicle in for service they were always fast to respond to my issues and always took care of them. I would rate this dealership as great to work with.

Awesome buying experience
Great process. Bought a Jeep Gladiator they had in lot. No high pressure tactics. Smooth and comfortable. Stefan and John (sales) are amazing to work with. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Go see them and you will have a great experience as well.

SCAMS BEWARE WARNINNG!
SCAMS BEWARE WARNINNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SERVICE DEPARTMENT ARE LIARS I'm editing this review because I trusted them but they screwed me. They were all nice when I came the first time in 2020 I went for transmission service, and I told them my rear shocks were leaking, they said because of the shortage GM doesn't have them. I informed my service advisor Christopher that my factory warranty will expire soon. What do I do?? Christopher said he will take care of it, and make the claim with GM, and when the shocks get here they will call me. I kept calling, they keep saying it's still in back order. Now it's 2022, my car is out of warranty. I call and now they tell me Christopher doesn't work there anymore I asked what about my claim? are the shocks in stock now? They tell me there's no claim and I have to pay out of pocket for the shocks, which will cost me $2300 SCAMS BEWARE WARNINNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ATHEER ISMAIL

Dawg, By definition, the MSRP of a vehicle is the manufacturer suggested retail price. Although most of our transactions are at or below MSRP, there has been in some rare instances where pricing exceeds the "sticker price" and that is directly impacted by supply and demand, and the secondary market. We are sad to inform you that the vehicle you had inquired about has been committed for the aforementioned price and is no longer available for sale. Cadillac of Naperville, IL, Saves the Day
When I brought in my CTS 2008 Cadillac for fender repair on Oct. 18, 2021, I mentioned a rubbing noise I had been hearing. Not only was the body work done to perfection, Jose Trujillo oversaw important mechanical needs not caused by the fender accident. These were found by the mechanics, which they also addressed to perfection. My 13 year old car runs like new and I feel safe and secure driving it. When I got the car back, I saw a tiny GM emblem was not replaced on the new fender. Joe Rodriguez saw to getting it taken care of immediately. On top of it all, Jose Trujillo, Joe Rodriguez and the mechanics of Cadillac got me back on the road within my short time frame. Everyone at Naperville Cadillac deserves an A++ for such great service.
