Appreciate the canned response, however there is absolutely no room for miscommunication in this case. I have a picture of online vehicle with the same stock number for ~110MSRP and then I have a picture of your PO asking for a Misc extra 20k, so over 130k. It's taken me a lifetime to be able to buy a car like this, but I'm the little guy here and I don't have 20k extra so you can make a near-sited profit. No thanks on your offer to use Cadillac of Naperville to order another one? Integrity, Loyalty, and Customer service certainly aren't aligned with bait and switch or price gouging sales strategies. And to be clear, if GM allows to happen, well judge for yourself -(

BEWARE my daughter's car was brought into the dealership...
BEWARE my daughter's car was brought into the dealership after being towed and was pulling to the left. After inspecting the vehicle the service manager Vic contacted me to tell me there was almost $4,000 worth of damage underneath the vehicle including rack and pinion both upper outer tie rods that needed to be replaced. Brought it back to the towing company that towed me which is local in the neighborhood I live in and he was a man of his words and replaced the left upper outer tie rod. Nothing else was needed again Beware of the service department.

Best Service Ever
My second car purchased here, third one serviced here.The guys are always very nice, and since I’m alone and don’t know a lot about these things, they’re very willing to explain things to me and show me what I need to know. There was a little mix up, no biggie, but Vic was very nice about it, and kept me informed about what was going on.
