I bought a 2021 XT6 and the buying process was great but...

I bought a 2021 XT6 and the buying process was great but trying to get the vehicle registered is HORRIBLE 45 days gone by and they state it was sent to a third party, now I am driving on expired temp plates! xxx you think buying a luxury car the service would be better, I can't even get a phone call back!

Spent $4,100 and car had a very clunky sound when taking...

Spent $4,100 and car had a very clunky sound when taking off from a dead stop. Left gas gage below empty with low fuel light on and very dirty floor mat area. Very disappointed with your service. I brought the car back very next day ! Please fix it right this time !

Sparing the details, I had a service issue with my 2010...

Sparing the details, I had a service issue with my 2010 Cadillac Hybrid Escalade. Being that Cadillac stopped making the Hybrid Escalade in 2013, there are not many parts available and service knowledge is limited. This dealership and specifically Thomas Mack (Service Manager) went far out of the way to accommodate my needs - my desperation. Again, sparing the details, Thomas went above and beyond my expectations and made things right. The service team and specifically Thomas at this dealership truly understand how to treat customers - you will be pleased!
