Awful management.

Loud obnoxious managers. They like to yell at you when ur just browsing. Screw this place. Also heard they treat employees very poor. Go elsewhere

Not as Advertised

I was working with a sales associate for about a week over e-mail and talked with the sales manager to schedule a visit. When I arrived I learned that the car I was interested in was being used as daily driver by one of the employees and had over 2,000 more miles than advertised. The car was not in condition to be shown since it was being driven every day. After test driving the car it seemed like the transmission was not shifting properly. Overall, it was not worth my time.

Recently worked with the very professional and pleasant service staff at cadillac of naperville. Bonnie was great and working with Mark Klodzinski service manager was a pleasure. The address my needs immediately and were always very curteous, knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to bring my recenlty purchased used vehicle to cadillace of naperville! Recently purchase a used CTSV from Coach and wanted to express the very exceptional experience I received. Both Coach and sales manager Jeremy were a pleasure to work with. Bad customer service

I bought a used car there from Adam. The car had damage to the hood and rear driver side door panel. The first time I took the car to get fixed it was touched up so bad it look like my 4 year old son did it. The second time it was repaired and lasted 2 weeks when the paint came off the driver side door panel. I took the car back a third time and was called 2 days later that the damage was done by me. I had to call the service department my self cause Adam or Jermey his boss don't know how to return phone calls. It's true what people say once they make the sale they don't give a crap of the customer. We are just $$ signs that's all. Beware and make sure you get in wiriting what is owed to you. So disappointed I thought I had a new car place for life. I will never go back.

We apploligize if our guest felt that his concerns were not being addressed. Purchasing a used vehicle and brining it home is supposed to be an exciting time and when that vehicle doesn’t live up to that expectation for whatever reason then we have failed. Tire valve mis diagnoses

Valve problem mis-diagnosed causing a trip to my Firestone dealer who found the problem sending me back to the dealer.

We understand the frustration you felt getting the tire pressure monitoring system fixed and apologize for the run around you went through. Sometimes when a client has a non manufacture center work on a car and then have us review it we are always cautious to not cause additional cost to them. Although the tire installer was in and around the area of failure, we felt that if GM requested additional proof of failure we were in a good spot to assist you. First service visit

Excellent service and very timely!! Repaired a wheel that I severely damaged hitting a curb. Beautiful job and reasonably priced. Very friendly and respectful device personnel.
