Superb!

I am repeat customer under new circumstances and Naperville Cadillac took very good care of me! "Coach", Jeremy and Glenn were exceptional with their customer service and willingness to help. Highly recommend! Great job I'll be back.

Short wait time,

Very friendly, never try to sell me a service I don't need. The wait room is quite comfortable. TV is provided as well as snacks.

Aweful Internet Purchase!

Imagine buying a car over the INTERNET, $50K, Car gets delivered, heading to car wash, NO GAS and now heading to gas station, 13 mins from home, only to realize you are driving with out a TEMP TAG. I contacted the manager, who did not respond to my text, only to give me total attitude once he finds out I contacted his boss to let him know my displeasure. In the ending note, I can only wish I had forwarded my nasty unfriendly text that he sent me to the Cadillac Corporation, like my complaints of zero gas and no TAG on vehicle were no big deal. Then, my third disappointment was to find only one key came with the car. So again, not to know this upfront that I will need to purchase a $450 spare key was the icing on the cake. Absolutely, do not recommend buying a car from these folks. I only wish I had read the other reviews on DealerRater.com.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention! We only improve by knowing where we fail our customers. There is no excuse for not having a drive away sticker or temp plate on the car or in your paperwork when you received the car. We will institute a new process to cover our bases and take better care of our out of state customer because of this issue. We also should have disclosed that the car only had one key from the person who traded it in. Thanks again for the feedback. Excellent sales experience

Purchased my 4th Cadillac from this dealer and Paul Stonehouse specifically. Great experience. Paul went above and beyond as he always does. Very thorough and thoughtful, as well as professional.

Horrible customer service!

By far the most rude disrespectful dealership I have ever seen!! I called about a chevy equinox I had money down, pre-approved from my bank, everything ready. You would think they would want a sale guess not! We had asked 1 question..why did the previous owners trade it in. Normal question right? Well Jeremy the manager was very rude, called my fiance ignorant said he wouldnt sell us the car terrible!! He obviously needs to take a class on customer service. So now I will take my business and money somewhere else!

Our First Cadillac

Bobby was our salesman, l found a car with everything we wanted on the vehicle. I've been looking at Cadillac's for months and every time we found what we wanted it was sold before we could arrange to get to it. I emailed the dealership the evening I found the vehicle, Bobby called the next morning as I had a few questions about it. Within 15 minutes after our first call he had my answers and we set an appointment to take a look at it. When we showed up to look, the car had been completely detailed and ready to go. As we were waiting on paperwork just about everyone working at the dealership stopped by Bobby's office to introduce themselves. My wife and I were treated with utmost respect the whole time we were there. I've never been treated that well at ANY dealership I've ever been too. Definitely will be back to look when another car is needed!! Thank you Naperville Cadillac!!!

No Pressure

Had the exact vehicle I was looking for in Cadillac xt5. Went via Costco program. Once I called them, Brad the sales manager called me in my phone and welcomed us. Chris was the sales person and was awesome. No pressure to buy anything. Very professional. Very happy with purchase.

World Class Service!

This dealer is by far the most courteous, proffesional and pleasant to work with. I have bought several cars in the past through dealerships however this group of people stand out amongst the rest! I am truly impressed and completely won over. I had the great pleasure of purchasing my Certified Pre Owned Cadillac coupe through Pam who is a joy, Paul "coach" Litwicki who is just an amazing person to talk to, Tim Gehr who works with the buyer to make the deal happen and is transparent which is rare in this industry. Finally Carlos Alvarez who is detailed in breaking down the bill of sale and being very knowledgeable and personable. You all have made a life long loyal customer!
