I was able to get my car in quickly and they had it ready in less than a day. I appreciate the great customer service and the service advisor listened to and addressed all of my concerns.

Test drove used car (2021[?] GTI this winter) that had no wiper fluid/low tire pressure (125 point inspection?) AND exhaust leaking into cabin causing me an immediate headache. No straight answers and had to try to determine problem myself to decide if it was a bad deal. It was. Major issue w exhaust manifold and they did not want to admit it imo. They just stopped communicating. Sales and service poor in this case - b/c service also not direct with me when spoke w them - I was shuffled around a bit b4 they went silent. I feel bad for whoever ended up w that car as damage to engine is quite likely to rear its head eventually. Unpleasant experience. I am a confident person but was treated in a dismissive way by sales manager and salesperson. Def will just steer clear of the entire Matthew's brand. Can't give 0 stars for some categories, but would have.

service was great. They got my vehicle in on time and completed the work on time. no complaints.

Warranty & Service Inspection was completed in a timely manner with answers towards coming replacement tires or attention towards any other warranty needs were reviewed promptly in the close-out/check-out. Service Center offers great work space - snacks - coffee or treating the customer to WiFi or tv provided.

They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The buying process was quick and easy.

I had warranty types of issues but the problems were solved after I finally found the right person to talk to. I am very pleased with my vehicle and I wont hesitate to buy another one from that hard working dealer. I made the mistake of walking into the dealer untrusting of them because of problems I had with a dealer in Endicott but feel sort of foolish about it now. They really do want to help you. The market is tough and this dealer is doing the right things.
