Your service writer, Korey, kept in touch with me daily during a lengthy recall on my VW ID4, and arranged for a loaner vehicle. The recall was completed with no issues. I was well taken care of! Your service department is fabulous!

Excellent service changing my oil, tire rotation, and finding I needed new brakes. My new brakes are working great. Service was fast.

Not very pleased with sales or service. Sales: Didn’t really take me serious when I was looking at a car. I asked them to “run” the numbers and be all I was told was what my payment might be. No trade in value for my current vehicle was given to me. No credit application completed, nothing! Service: I had an appointment to get my vehicle fixed, when I got there, the part was not in. I live an hour from the dealership.
