I was left waiting 40 min after service was completed while sitting in the waiting room.

This was the third new Subaru that I have bought at Matthews. The last time was 16 years ago. I have always felt that I have been treated fairly and the crew there is always friendy and helpful. That has brought me back.

Kyle went above and beyond the reasonable expectations of a salesman. Also manager Mike Gottlieb as well.
