Very helpful and not pushy. They walked me thru the ordering process and gave me updates on when the car was expected to come to Vestal.You should update your survey because I bought a Kia and the survey is for Subaru and doesn't give me the option to change it.

The staff stayed late on a Saturday afternoon to complete the sale transaction. That was impressive and much appreciated. I know the sales team and the back office team really did not have to do that.
