I wasn't happy my first visit when my recall replacement part was nowhere to be found and I wasted 1.5 hours there (after waiting 2 months for my appt). But when they finally got the part in, I only had to wait 2 weeks, and they took my car in as soon as I arrived and I was out within an hour.
