After 1 week of ownership transmission started having
After 1 week of ownership transmission started having issues. Call for service to be done and salesman thinks he's a mechanic and stated "salesman said that it's normal but customer would like to have checked" on the work order. I had to rent a vehicle at my own expensive while the new used vehicle is being looked at. Not a moron and have some knowledge about vehicles. Didn't buy a 2 year old vehicle to rent one. Also had issues with the registration not correct. Was to be registered to the business not an individual. First clue to this should have been the $10k BUSINESS check used for the down payment. So glad we paid $75 for screwing up registration. I will go to DMV and get it fixed myself if vehicle doesn't end up going back under lemon law. Has not been a good first 2 weeks of ownership. Plenty of blame to go around from sales department, finance department and title clerk. Take your pick!

Real easy.
Real easy. Joe Nugent was easy to work with during the process. He explained everything with no pressure to upgrade or purchase something I wasn't interested in. Which was great. He was open and transparent about everything through out the process.

Rich French was a pleasure to work with, He explained everything that we asked. Would work with him again. We bought a Kia but it will not show Kia in the make drop down so I put Subaru.

Very easy, no pressure, purchase process.
Very easy, no pressure, purchase process. From going over all the numbers and processes to taking care of all the paperwork needed for transferring insurance, they whole team is professional and excellent.

My dealings with Cole were great Cole is a great asset.
My dealings with Cole were great Cole is a great asset. However the salesman Justin Blunt lied about the warrantee and told us that the vehicle was certified pre-owned and there was a warrantee up to 100000 miles. There was no such warrantee and the vehicle was not certified pre-owned. This was a very misleading tactic by this particular sales associate I will never deal with this associate in the future.
