My 2016 Subaru Outback’s battery conked out today. My husband jumpstarted the car, and I called West Herr Subaru. The service there in my experience has consistently been excellent. Today was the same. An appointment was made and a new battery installed. Mike in the service dept was professional and courteous, and the wait wasn’t long. Thanks West Herr.

Bought my first subaru here, decided to buy my 2nd from another dealer as they are closer to my home. BIG MISTAKE! After a year I'm done with the other dealer and I'll travel for West Herrs great service department! The other dealer could not fix a problem I had with a window since day 2 of ownership, West Herr did it in an hour! I'm staying here with knowledgeable techs!

Best Subaru service in western New York, believe me I tried the others! Fixed an issue I've had since day 2 of ownership in an hour, the other dealer kept telling me they fixed it but they didnt.
