Was scheduled within a day and had rear brakes replaced same appointment. Incredible service and communication. Todd was thoughtful with repair options. Highly recommend West Herr Subaru.

I had my Ascent serviced today and it is always a very courteous and very friendly Atmosphere!! As I waited for my car to be serviced, I spoke to a few of the other people in the customer lounge and it seems everyone agrees that they love their Subaru Cars!😁 I had opportunity to try the deluxe coffee machine and WOW!!! The coffee was GREAT! Thank you.

Went there for an inspection this morning, Mike was great, I received a text message saying I could text him or review the progress with my car and I was in and out quickly. That was very appreciated 😊

I started my hunt for a new car back in February. I went to Sean at West Herr Subaru with some questions about a trade in and where to go from there. He was very knowledgeable about multiple different brands and vehicles. He showed me multiple cars with the exact specifications that I wanted, had answers to any and all questions, and never made me feel pressured for a sale. Had to take my Subaru in for inspection and front brakes and pads. The service is always great and they are courteous and helpful. I have dealt with Todd Nicosia before and he is always great to deal with. This is only dealership I will use. I have purchased cars from other dealerships and they don’t match up to West Herr.

My sales person Gretchen Peterson at West Herr was wonderful to work with,as well as her support staff. Gretchen seemed to really grasp early on what was important to me in the process. She also was proactive keeping me informed where everything stood once I decided to order my 2022 Crosstrek Sport. I also required some accessories from the parts department,which she just handled for me,which was very convenient. She can expect my returned business down the road.

This team made my car purchase effortless. Abbey was professional , very knowledgeable and courteous .She was also so flexible with my changing schedule. This was my first experience at Subaru , They have made me a customer for life.
