Absolutely no hassle getting a loaner for the day. Work was completed on time and correctly. There was no attempt to upsell any additional work. At no time did I feel belittled or disrespected, as I had with local GM dealers. All information was correct, organized and efficient. West Herr wants and appreciates your business and I felt valued as a customer.
