My experience with West Herr was great. They were patient with me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The staff there were able to answer all the question's I had and explain everything in detail to me. There was a small discrepancy when printing the paperwork but that was handled quickly. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. My salesman was Mike Monzyk. He was great to deal with, and can help you out too.

If I could give it a 0 I would. After purchasing a 2012 Subaru that was supposed to be great it's been xxxx. In 3 months I have a bad transmission, replaced struts, wheel bearings, every light, have bad connections where half of the interior lights don't work, and can barely start it most of the time. Thanks a lot Subaru. It would've been nice if they were honest. My mechanic who had been doing this and specializes in Subaru's told me there is no way they couldn't have known what was going on with the car. Don't trust them. To add more harm today I found out it needs a new timing belt as well. IT HAS BEEN OVER $3000 IN REPAIRS!!! Ridiculous. NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN!!
